Our Return Policy

We want you to love it.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, no questions asked.

Changed your mind?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

How to start a return

Email us at support@zoltco.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
